5 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 l. water
Preparation
The preparation of the parsley tea is simple – all you need to do is to put the chopped parsley into a liter of boiling water. Leave the tea for 20 minutes, then strain it and it’s done!
Parsley is a powerful diuretic and an antioxidant which can stimulate water disposal from the body, an important process that eliminates toxins, bacteria and harmful substances along the water.
Note: although the parsley tea is beneficial, you should drink it in limited amounts. The daily recommended amount of the tea is one liter.
